<ul>
<li class=""><strong>Docusaurus doc versioning</strong> initialized — first snapshot <code>2026.06.07</code>. The version dropdown now lets you
read the docs as of any release; <code>npm run docusaurus docs:version &lt;YYYY.MM.DD&gt;</code> snapshots a new one.</li>
<li class=""><strong>Supersession &amp; Changelog Standard</strong> adopted platform-wide
(<code>griff-knowledge-vault/SUPERSESSION_AND_CHANGELOG_STANDARD.md</code>): supersede stale info with a dated
pointer in place (ADR <code>Status:</code>, this changelog's Deprecated→Removed, ⛔ banners, registry status-flips) —
never duplicate a file or leave two contradictory truths. <strong>griff-wiki is the implementation</strong> of that
standard.</li>
</ul>
<h2 class="anchor anchorTargetStickyNavbar_Vzrq" id="changed">Changed<a href="https://docs.griff.run/changelog/2026/06/07/doc-versioning-and-supersession-standard#changed" class="hash-link" aria-label="Direct link to Changed" title="Direct link to Changed" translate="no"></a></h2>
<ul>
<li class="">griff-wiki confirmed as the platform's single documentation system (dev portal + user guide + changelog),
rather than adopting an external wiki tool. It already supports local Windows operation, receipt-backed changes,
versioned snapshots, and supersession records.</li>
</ul>
<h2 class="anchor anchorTargetStickyNavbar_Vzrq" id="deprecated">Deprecated<a href="https://docs.griff.run/changelog/2026/06/07/doc-versioning-and-supersession-standard#deprecated" class="hash-link" aria-label="Direct link to Deprecated" title="Direct link to Deprecated" translate="no"></a></h2>
<ul>
<li class="">The earlier idea of adopting external doc tooling (adr-tools / log4brains / Wiki.js / Otterwiki) — not
needed; griff-wiki covers it. (Recorded here so the decision is traceable, per the standard.)</li>
