Doc versioning enabled + Supersession Standard adopted

Added​

  • Docusaurus doc versioning initialized — first snapshot 2026.06.07. The version dropdown now lets you read the docs as of any release; npm run docusaurus docs:version <YYYY.MM.DD> snapshots a new one.
  • Supersession & Changelog Standard adopted platform-wide (griff-knowledge-vault/SUPERSESSION_AND_CHANGELOG_STANDARD.md): supersede stale info with a dated pointer in place (ADR Status:, this changelog's Deprecated→Removed, ⛔ banners, registry status-flips) — never duplicate a file or leave two contradictory truths. griff-wiki is the implementation of that standard.

Changed​

  • griff-wiki confirmed as the platform's single documentation system (dev portal + user guide + changelog), rather than adopting an external wiki tool. It already supports local Windows operation, receipt-backed changes, versioned snapshots, and supersession records.

Deprecated​

  • The earlier idea of adopting external doc tooling (adr-tools / log4brains / Wiki.js / Otterwiki) — not needed; griff-wiki covers it. (Recorded here so the decision is traceable, per the standard.)
