Your company already creates the answers. Important knowledge appears inside decisions, corrections, approvals, files, handoffs, and completed tasks. Work Memory captures that evidence where it is created, then gives the employee the final say.
How it works
- Capture at the source — completed work (tasks, decisions, corrections, handoffs) is the raw material; nothing is scraped from private channels.
- Distill the signal — GRIFF Brain turns the work into a concise draft: what changed, why, exceptions, and reusable steps.
- Employee review — the person who did the work reviews the draft; nothing becomes shared knowledge without their approval.
- Publish with provenance — approved knowledge carries its evidence chain, so future readers can see where it came from.
- Reuse in flow — agents and people get the captured knowledge as operating context on later, related work.
Design commitments
- Employee trust is the product. A memory system must not become a surveillance system: capture is scoped to work artifacts, and the employee controls promotion.
- Private by default. Drafts are visible to their author until explicitly approved.
- Provenance is attached. Published knowledge is evidence-backed, not folklore.
